Past Projects
Fabric Supply Company - Park Royal
Two separate projects were completed for this customer. Electrical work was undertaken at their original premises. Mayfield Electrical Services Ltd was then invited back at a later date to complete refurbishment of the new premises in Park Royal.
New Premises (2nd Project)
- Warehouse lighting (high level LED battens), emergency lighting and power using conduit and trunking containment plus SWA as required
- Above mezzanine lighting (LED battens), emergency lighting and power, using conduit and trunking containment
- Replacement of lighting panels (using LED) within the downstairs and upstairs offices
- Installation of power sockets within the upstairs offices
- Reconfigured power in the offices downstairs using skirting conduit
- Installed a new ring main within the large downstairs office
- Removed data cabling (leaving it usable)
- Installed remote switching for the entrance hall lighting
Fabric Supply Company - Original Premises
Work carried out on the original premises (1st Project)
- Installed warehouse lighting, emergency lighting and space heating using conduit and trunking containment, plus SWA cable
- Above and below the mezzanine floor lighting and power plus emergency lighting using conduit and trunking containment installed
- Office lighting replaced and additions along with office power
- Utility room lighting and power
- Outside security lighting
Record and DVD / CD Importer and Distributor - Park Royal
Lighting and power circuits installed throughout the warehouse, above and below the mezzanine floor
- Installation of conduit containment and cable trays
- Floor sockets installed
Self Storage Complex - High Wycombe
Installed new LED emergency lighting units and replaced existing emergency light units with LED style lights
- Full Test & Inspection
- 160 various fluorescent light fittings removed
- 160 LED panels installed
- Remedial work carried out from prior reports
- new LED Emergency lighting circuits installed
- existing emergency light fittings replaced with LED style units
Food Distribution Company - High Wycombe
Wiring configuration, new circuits and lighting refit.
- Control gear on all high bay light fittings replaced with LED light units

New Premises - Neasden
Partial electrical refurbishment of new premises to make them ready for the new owner.
- New lighting below mezzanine floor

School Rewire - Greenford, Middlesex
Sub-contracted to remove existing cabling and install new circuits, comprising lighting, emergency lighting and power to classrooms, corridors, utility rooms, toilets, offices and for outside lighting and security.
Large Educational book Supplier Warehouses and Offices - Maidenhead
Installation of multiple lighting circuits throughout a warehouse complex.

This involved lighting above and below the mezzanine, along walkways and between racking, the loading bay, forklift areas and also the offices.
Contactors were required due to the loading and number of circuits required. Conduit and trunking containment was used throughout the installation - Installed multiple power circuits above and below the mezzanine floor and within the offices

Charity Care Home - nr Marlow
- Run a sub main from the main intake to a garden outbuilding. This required using a mole machine to dig out the run and pulling the cable through the hole
- Installed consumer unit, plus power and lighting circuits within the outbuilding using conduit containment
- Within the home, installed sockets and light fittings
Pharmaceutical Company - Maidenhead
Installation of emergency lighting throughout the stairwells of the main office block.
Charity Care Home Educational Centre - nr Marlow
Installed power, lighting, emergency lighting and a fire alarm system and panel. Supplied new sub main and distribution board.
